Internationally known pianist Michelle Cann makes her GMF debut, performing with Eliot
Heaton, Geoffrey Herd, Shawn Moore, Colin Brookes and Max Geissler. The program features
Dvořák’s “American” String Quartet as well as David Baker’s piano trio Roots II and other
works inspired by African American music.
