“Breaking the Silence: The National Movement Against Campus Sexaul Assault” will be presented by Sofie Karasek on Sunday, August 7th, at 1 pm EST in the Wesleyan Chapel at the Women’s Rights National Historical Park in Seneca Falls. Sofie Karasek, 2015 graduate of University of California, Berkeley, is an anti-sexual violence activist and co-founder of the organization End Rape on Campus. She has assisted students nationwide in holding universities accountable to Title IX, is featured in the 2015 documentary film “The Hunting Ground, and appeared onstage with Lady Gaga for her 2016 Oscar performance in honor of sexual assault survivors.
