UPDATE: Flash Flood Watch issued for FLX as more rain expected
Update: As heavy rain makes it’s way back into the area this morning, temperatures are expected to hang in the mid-50’s throughout Friday. Locations throughout the Finger Lakes have seen 2-3 inches of rainfall already.
