Hundreds without power in Wayne County as snow, wind blows throughout region
Thousands were without power as of 7:30 a.m. across Central New York and parts of the Finger Lakes – as winds, and wet snow put power crews to work. Deputies in Wayne County say a 14-year-old led officers on a chase on Wednesday around 9:30 p.m. along Ridge Road. Both of the suspects inside the vehicle, who were not named, are 14- and 17-years-old, according to deputies.
