A Savannah man was arrested on August 3, at approximately 9:47 am on an an arrest warrant issued out of Waterloo Village Court, charging him with welfare fraud in the fourth degree, grand larceny in the fourth degree, and misuse of food stamps. On August 18, 2016 the Seneca Falls Police Department reports that a Savannah resident was arrested for petit larceny. Officers say Samantha A. Marr, 28, of Savannah was charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing merchandise from the Seneca Falls Walmart valued at $20.21. Marr was released on appearance tickets and will answer the charge in Seneca Falls Town Court. more
