A 21-year-old was arrested Saturday for rape. Following an investigation, Ricardo Gonzalez was arrested for dragging a woman into a bathroom of a group home and raping her. Wayne County Probation/Correctional Alternative Director, Dale Mead, stated it’s not unusual to place a sex offender in a group home. However, the agency should screen and be aware of such people.
