Crestwood fined by EPA for decade of violations

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced fines against the Finger Lakes LPG Storage LLC in Savona and Twin Lakes Chemical Inc. in Lockport for Clean Air Act violations or rules governing chemical safety and risk management. On Wednesday, a handful of members from the We Are Seneca Lake group were sentenced in Reading Town Court related to protesting incidents at the Crestwood Facility in Schuyler County.
