A Stanley minor was arrested by deputies after an incident, which occurred on a school bus in Ontario County. Additional details of the incident were not released. Deputies say that the 16-year-old was arrested for assault in the third degree, and was issued an appearance ticket. The charges will be answered in Hopewell Town Court.
