Deputies say a 25-year-old Shortsville man was arrested around 3:29 am on Tuesday for driving while intoxicated after a property damage accident. Deputies say a 54-year-old Shortsville resident was arrested over the weekend after a traffic stop on State Route 21. Around 11:43 pm on Saturday, deputies arrested Juan R. Davila, 54, of Shortsville on Route 21 near Booth Street. He was ticketed for DWI and will answer the charges at a later date. more
