The town of Victory is working on a draft of a local law that would potentially allow the installation of an electric vehicle charging station. One dead, three seriously injured after head on crash near Victory

The New York State Police report that on Saturday a fatal accident in Sterling took place involving two cars — around 1:30 pm. Authroties say that the head-on crash happened on State Route 104 near the State Barn Road intersection, which is located near the border of Victory.
