Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies report that on June 6th 2013 at approximately 1:45 am Deputies arrested Michael A. Rivers, 06/07/88 of 704 S Main St Apt 1 Newark, NY on a bench warrant issued by the Seneca County Family Court. Rivers was arraigned by Judge Duffy in the Town of Tyre Court. Rivers was committed to the Seneca County Jail on $1500 Cash bail. Rivers is due to return to the Seneca County Family Court on 6/6/2013 at 9:30 am or on the next scheduled Family Court date.
