Getting the win for Max’s Custard was Matt Kelley pitching a complete game. Max’s Custard jumped out to an early lead scoring three runs in the 1st inning and was able to keep the lead for the rest of the game. The offense was led by Matt Kelley going (2/2) with 2 Doubles and was assisted by Jarred LeBlanc (1/3) and Ben Lott (1/2) earning 1 single each. However, the Steel Workers never let up and battled back to within one run in the bottom of the sixth. Their last inning, 2 out, rally made this one of the most exiting games of the year.
