Deputies report the arrest of a Farmington man following an investigation into public assistance.
As result, Raymond Wolfgram, 43, of Farmington was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny after being on public assistance for approximately one-year without reporting income properly.
Deputies say that the assistance was being received from the Geneva Housing Authority.
Altogether, approximately $4,720 was received illegally. He was charged and issued an appearance ticket.
The charges will be answered in Geneva Town Court at a later date.
