On August 10th at approximately 2:28 pm police arrested a Rochester man in Geneva on felony drug charges.
Rodney J. Lowman, 37, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was held without bail due to previous felony convictions.
Police say Lowman was arrested after a months-long investigation into the sale of cocaine in the City of Geneva.
Additional felony charges are pending, according to police.
