A 37-year-old Newark woman was arrested in Ontario County after stealing a little more than $100 worth of merchandise from the Geneva Walmart.
Deputies took 37-year-old Jennifer Lynn Buckley, of Newark into custody after an investigation at the Walmart located on State Route 5&20.
She was charged with petit larceny after failing to pay for $100.36 worth of merchandise at the store, and issued an appearance ticket.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
