Deputies arrested a 68-year-old Lyons man for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop in Wayne County.
The stop took place on State Route 14 in Sodus when William Nolder, 68, was observed violating a traffic law. Upon investigation it was determined that Nolder was intoxicated.
He was charged with DWI, operating a vehicle with a 0.09 percent BAC, and failure to keep right.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
