The Watkins Glen Police Department reports the arrest of a 48-year-old Corning man following a traffic stop on February 2nd.
Police say Mark A. Raker, of Corning was charged with failure to use designated lane, refusal to submit to a breath test, felony driving while intoxicated, and unlawful possession of marijuana.
He was arraigned in Watkins Glen Village Court and released.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
