On November 21st at approximately 11:20 am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Mark P. Pontius, 53, of Waterloo, on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for original charges of Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance Seventh Degree and traffic violations.
Pontius was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court and released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 12/04/2017 at 5:30 PM.
