The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on November 4th at 4:49 pm deputies were called to West River Road in the Town of Fayette for the report of a one-vehicle crash.
Upon further investigation, Deputies arrested the operator, 30-year-old Daniel Kosienski of Waterloo for DWI.
Kosienski was also charged with operating a motor vehicle with .08 percent blood-alcohol content or greater and for driving across hazardous markings.
He was released on UTT’s and is to appear in the Town of Fayette court on December 6th at 7 pm to answer the charges.
