Jill M. Laughlin, 39, of Odessa was arrested on July 28th and charged with third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance.
She allegedly attempted to sell prescription medicine.
Laughlin was arraigned in the Village of Montour Falls Court and released to appear at a later date.
