Justin Vossler’s “Jeopardy!” run will continue.
The Homer resident and Moravia High School history teacher registered his most dominating win yet Tuesday. He won $20,300 despite an incorrect response in Final Jeopardy.
The Final Jeopardy clue stumped Vossler and his fellow competitors. The category was Europe. The clue for contestants was, “Once a feudal state, it has the highest capital city in Europe at an elevation of about 3,300 feet.”
Vossler, who entered the final round with $24,300, wagered $4,000. His response was Liechtenstein, which was incorrect. The correct answer was Andorra.
Vossler’s wrong response — his first in Final Jeopardy since the win streak began — cost him some money, but didn’t affect his standing. The other contestants also provided incorrect responses.
