Deputies in Wayne County say a Waterloo man was arrested after an alleged fight with a child.
Matthew T. Wiltsie, of Waterloo was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment after he was involved in a verbal dispute with a juvenile that turned physical.
He struck the juvenile in the face while playing basketball in Clyde.
He was released and will answer the charges at a later date.
