A Canandaigua man is accused of unlawfully entering a local business after he was advised to not return to the location.
Steven J. Ordway, 38, of Canandaigua was charged with third-degree burglary after he entered a business, which he had been banned from returning.
He then stole merchandise, according to police.
Ordway will answer the charge at a later date.
