A 59-year-old Canandaigua woman is accused of spitting on a neighbor during an incident that took place on March 19th.
Police say that Michelle Brown, 59, of Canandaigua got involved in a dispute with a neighbor, and before that dispute ended — spit on the individual.
Details of the incident were not highlighted, but Brown was charged with second-degree harassment.
She will answer the charges in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
