On Thursday, a West Henrietta man was charged with stealing a t-shirt from Von Maur at the Eastview Mall.Yonas S. Girmay, 18, of West Henrietta is accused of stealing a Vineyard Vines t-shirt valued at $42 from the Von Maur Store inside of Eastview Mall. He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
