The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Rochester woman has been charged in connection to two thefts, which took place at the Victoria’s Secret in Victor, located inside the Eastview Mall.Merari Fontanez, 37, of Rochester allegedly stole merchandise valued at $2,513 on two occasions from the Victoria’s Secret store inside the Eastview Mall. She was arraigned in Farmington Town Court and remanded to the Ontario oCounty Jail in lieu of bail.She will appear in Victor Town Court to answer the charges.
