On Tuesday at approximately 7:43 pm the Clyde Police Department arrested Patrick D. Welch, age 22 of Clyde, for harassment in the 2nd.It is alleged that Welch threatened his ex-girlfriend by stating that he would kill her.Welch was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Town court on July 20th to answer to the charge.
