A Palmyra man was charged with driving while intoxicated on Sunday at approximately 1:28 am on Route 96 in Manchester.Deputies in Ontario County arrested Christopher R. Bach at the Dunkin Donuts in the Town of Manchester for driving while intoxicated after a suspicious vehicle complaint was filed. The defendant was located in the drivers seat of the running vehicle asleep, and was later determined to have driven to his current location from a bar in Macedon while under the influence of alcohol.He was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he provided a breath sample that was over the legal limit. He was issued two traffic tickets and was released to a third-party.
