A Canandaigua man was charged with driving while intoxicated on State Route 21 in Canandaigua after he rolled his 1957 pickup truck into a yard, striking a mailbox, fence, and tree on April 29th.Deputies say Henry Marshall Stewart, 65, of Canandaigua was operating a 1957 pickup truck on State Route 21 when he lost control of the vehicle and it rolled over multiple times, striking a mailbox, fence, and tree. When deputies investigated, they determined that Stewart was intoxicated at the time of the accident.He was transported to F.F. Thompson Hospital where he was treated and later released. Henry was issued traffic citations and will appear in Canandaigua Town Court to answer the charges.
