A 50-year-old Palmyra man is facing multiple charges after an incident at his Manchester residence.
Deputies arrested Kevin Casey, 50, for criminal obstruction of breathing or circulation and second-degree unlawful imprisonment after an incident at his home.
He is being held at the Ontario County Jail and will answer the charges at a later date in Manchester Town Court.
