On February 9th officers with the Canandaigua Police Department arrested Raymond R. Hurlburt, 43, of Canandaigua after he allegedly was involved in an altercation with a child.
Officers say Hurlburt got into a physical altercation with a child causing numerous scratches and a black eye.
He also allegedly forced the child outside in the cold, without shoes or proper clothing.
He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Hurlburt will answer those charges at a later date.
