City Manager Matt Horn had what Ward 2 Councilor Paul D’Amico described as a “Super Bowl year” in 2016. Horn might not be getting a shiny trophy for his efforts, but he will be getting a nearly 9 percent raise for 2017.
On Wednesday night, Council unanimously approved giving the city manager an $8,177 base salary increase, bringing his pay up from $93,659, per the 2016 budget, to $101,836 for 2017. He also received a vehicle allowance increase of $773.
