A 30-year-old Canandaigua man has been charged with burglary after an incident on January 14th.
Deputies say that Luis Angel Medina-Castro was charged with third-degree burglary after he allegedly entered a business on January 14th in the Town of Geneva — taking cash from a safe within the business.
He was arraigned in Geneva Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 secured bond.
He will answer the charges at a later date in Geneva Town Court.
