An eight-year effort to open a home for end-of-life care in Seneca County and the surrounding area is just about finished.
Pathway Home of the Finger Lakes is still looking for volunteers to staff the two-patient home, but an open house on Sunday showed community members the renovations to a place intended to make the final days of those with terminal illness more comfortable.
