The Canandaigua Police Department reports that Michael J. Orbino, 40, of Canandaigua was charged with harassment in the second degree after an incident at 2:42 am on September 23rd.
Officers say that Orbino interrupted a criminal investigation and threatened a uniformed police officer.
He will answer the charges in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
