A Liverpool man could face up to seven years in prison for sending obscene text and Facebook messages to a minor in Cayuga County.
Steven Levine, of 4129 Birchwood Drive, pleaded guilty Tuesday to felony first-degree disseminating indecent material to a minor. The 40-year-old admitted to sending sexually explicit messages to the child in May 2016.
