On August 15 members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Lashauna L. Singletary, 22, of Seneca Falls for assault in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
The arrest stems from an investigation into an incident, which occurred at an address on Peterman Rd. in Seneca Falls where Singletary allegedly was involved in a physical altercation in front of a child.
The victim in the incident sustained minor injuries.
Singletary was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and released on her own recognizance. An order of protection was issued on-behalf of the victim and Singletary will answer the charges at a later date.
