Kaelynne Driscoll, a little girl who lost her left arm and leg in a boating crash on Skaneateles Lake, will soon move from Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital to a Boston rehabilitation center to begin the next phase of her recovery, her mother said Wednesday. “She’s doing amazing,” said her mom Amber Oursler. “She is able to get up out of bed and get into a wheelchair, and get into a chair in her room. She’s very mobile.”
