On Saturday the Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joshua G. Kuhner, age 35 of Rushville, for petit larceny after he was observed stealing $20 worth of returnable cans and bottles from the Lions Club donation bin located at the Gorham Transfer Station.Kuhner was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Gorham Town Court at a later date.
