On Monday the Seneca Falls Police arrested Maryagnes S. Lacy, age 26 and Brooke M. Thorpe, age 16, both of Seneca Falls. Lacy was arrested for petit larceny and conspiracy in the 6th. Thorpe was arrested for conspiracy in the 6th. The charges are a result of an investigation that began on May 3rd in which a bottle of alcohol valued at $6.08 was stolen from a local Town of Seneca Falls business. Lacy and Thorpe were released on appearance tickets. Both will appear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 6th at 6:00 pm.
