On Thursday, a Rochester woman was arrested after throwing and kicking items in a Phelps shop.Deputies in Ontario County say that Sasha Latvala, 35, of Rochester was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and resisting arrest — as well as disorderly conduct after allegedly throwing and kicking items inside MTM Towing in Phelps.She was arraigned in Victor Town Court and sent to the Ontario County Jail.
