On Thursday the Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Miriam D. Rivera, age 53 of Canandaigua, for shoplifting from the Hopewell Walmart.Rivera was taken into custody and arraigned in front of Judge Jones in the Canandaigua Town Court. She will answer to the charges in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
