The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Monday morning at about 10:17 am, Sheriffs Deputies arrested Donald J. Ike, age 50 of 8564 Mill Street in Lodi, for felony criminal mischief in the third degree.Sheriff’s Deputies report that the arrest stems from an incident that occurred at 8564 Mill Street in Lodi around 9:19 am. It is alleged that Ike damaged a 2015 Honda Civic by kicking it.Ike was arraigned in the Fayette Town Court where he was ROR. Ike to to re-appear in the Lodi Town Court on the 17th of Feb 2016 at 10:00am.
