The Waterloo Police Department arrested Cora D. Garrett, age 60 of 84 Mill Street in Waterloo, for DWI and Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident reported by Garrett.Garrett made a report to Seneca County E911 that she had struck a parked motor vehicle. Upon investigation, it was determined that Garrett had not struck anything and that she was operating her vehicle under the influence of drugs.Garrett was issued two tickets and was released to her daughter. Garrett will appear in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Struzik on 01/27/16 to answer the charges.
