The Canandaigua Police Department reports that on April 2nd, a Canandaigua man was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, as well as two counts of forgery in the second degree following an investigation into a stolen purse.Police say that Randy W. McClellan, 60, of Canandaigua was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, as well as two counts of forgery in the second degree. MeClellan was accused of stealing a purse from Save-A-Lot and using a debit card that was inside the purse at two local businesses.MeClellan was arraigned in Canandaigua City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail. He will face the charges at a later date.
