On November 30th at approximately 4:00 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Earl L. Roe, age 59 of 13 Van Renssalaer Street in Seneca Falls, for Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. Roe is accused of entering a Town of Seneca Falls business and damaging property. Roe was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and was ROR. Roe will reappear in Town Court on January 7, 2016 at 5:00 pm.
