The Watkins Glen Police Department announces the following arrests. All individuals are innocent until proven guilty.Dakota Silvia, age 19 of Elmira, was arrested by Watkins Glen Police on February 11th and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Silvia will appear in the Village of Watkins Glen Court to answer the charge.Megan R Fairchild, age 35 of Big Flats, was arrested by Watkins Glen Police on February 13th and charged with fugitive from justice. Fairchild had an outstanding Warrant out of Bradford County Pennsylvania. Fairchild was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail on no bail.Michael L Doane, age 51 of Watkins Glen, was arrested by Watkins Glen Police on February 13th and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Doane will appear in the Village of Watkins Glen Court to answer the charge.Lauren A Inscho, age 29 of Watkins Glen, was arrested by Watkins Glen Police on February 13th and charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended. Inscho will appear in the Village of Watkins Glen Court to answer the charges.Cody A Lewis, age 26 of Watkins Glen, was arrested by Watkins Glen Police on February 13th and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Lewis will appear in the Village of Watkins Glen Court to answer the charge.Brandon M Gaylor, age 29 of Watkins Glen, was arrested by Watkins Glen Police on February 14th and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and an equipment violation. Gaylor will appear in the Village of Watkins Glen Court to answer the charges.
