On Wednesday at approximately 7:15 pm The Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Heatherann D. Knapp, 39 of 206 East Avenue in Newark, for unlawful possession of marijuana.Knapp was charged following an investigation into a disabled vehicle on Spafford Road in the Town of Phelps. A marijuana cigarette and baggie of marijuana were found in the front seat of the vehicle.Knapp was issued a ticket returnable to the Phelps Town Court and released.
