The Canandaigua Police Department reports that on February 2nd at approximately 11:30 am Dannielle McGary, 30, of Canandaigua was arrested and charged with two counts of petit larceny and one count of identity theft.McGary is accused of unlawfully using the victim’s credit card to purchase goods and is also accused of stealing medication from the victim’s residence. McGary was working as a home healthcare aid for the victim at the time.She was released on appearance tickets and is due to appear in City Court later this month.
