On Wednesday at about 1:50 pm the Seneca Falls Police arrested Anthony J. Ferris, age 34 of 58 East Bayard Street in Seneca Falls, for Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a misdemeanor. The arrest stems from Ferris disobeying a Class A Order of Protection, issued by the Seneca Falls Town Court, by entering the home of the protected party.
Ferris was arraigned at the Town of Junius Court and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000 cash / $10000 insured bond. Ferris is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on 1/07/2016.
